These Terms & Conditions are applicable to all website visitors of LOGOLULU. Should you NOT accept out Terms & Conditions, you may not use the services of LOGOLULU. You should read the terms and conditions every time you wish to user our services as these terms and conditions are subject to change.

“LOGOLULU”, the “LOGOLULU” Logo Design service, all services related to “LOGOLULU, and all text, images, photographs, user interface, “look” and “feel”, data and other content included in it from time to time (including, without limitation, the selection, coordination and arrangement of such content) are referred to as the “Web Site” or “Service”.

The “Customer” is the entity placing the order or providing the funds for the order.

The Customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions and any subsequent amendments in regards to provision LOGOLULU for its services. The customer will be provided with the service purchased through a design process of Creative Briefing-Basic Concepts-Feedback-Revision Stage-Feedback-Revision Stage, ultimately resulting in a final Design conforming to Customer’s Creative Briefing and Feedback. LOGOLULU takes no responsibility in checking for spelling or grammar mistakes and will provide logo concepts with the provided spelling or grammar.

The Customer is solely responsible for preparing and sending detailed answers to our logo’s specification briefing (“Creative Briefing, through the Order Form”). LOGOLULU is under no obligation to review a Creative Briefing for further feedback for any purpose, including accuracy, completeness of information, quality or clarity. LOGOLULU may decide, in its sole discretion, to deny a Creative or Revision Briefing or Feedback.

When LOGOLULU provides a set of designs to the Customer, the Customer shall review and respond. If the Customer fails to promptly inform LOGOLULU within 3 days that the provided Designs are not reasonably responsive to the provided feedback, the Customer will be deemed to have accepted the designs. If the Customer notifies LOGOLULU that the Customers considers a design as not reasonably responsive to the feedback, the Customer shall provide information regarding amendments or modification to be made to the initial Designs. After providing his/her feedback, the Customer will be provided a subsequent response that conforms with the additional criteria requested by the Customer.

Revision stages. alterations, amendments or changes in images generally consist of 2-6 additional compositions that incorporate changes requested by the Customer in the revision brief. The purpose of the revision process is to create designs that move forward in a specific direction as determined by the Customer. Any changes in spelling or grammar are considered to be a change in the overall Logo Design and is not covered by the unlimited revisions, unless LOGOLULU have made an error on their part, or the Customer simply wishes to remove a phrase. Alterations, amendments or changes in images are only provided if alterations, amendments or changes in images are requested within 3 days of any drafts we deliver and once approved by the team.

When placing your order please note we aim to deliver your Logo Designs as soon as possible but can take up to 5 working days. It is essential you collate and collect all similar logos to your specification and that you send them in to info@logolulu.com and that whatever is supplied with the order cannot be altered, changed, amended or added whatsoever in terms of the actual graphic of the logo. We do however provide alterations and amendments only to the initial drafts, in terms of colour, font, size, spelling and other changes which we consider to be minor and reasonable. We are also able to make amendments to graphics reasonably and give you the opportunity to take features from each of the drafts for your final logo.

The Customer ordering for any of the available services must pay for the Service in advance, by any of the payment methods provided by LOGOLULU. The Customer will be charged for the number of Logo Design Concepts ordered. LOGOLULU will email the Customer a receipt for the transactions in which the Customer is involved.

If the Customer is not satisfied with the Initial Concepts provided by LOGOLULU, The Customer may request a refund by email within 3 days of receiving the Logo Design Concepts. The Customer will be refunded within 14 days of requesting the refund IF LOGOLULU believe that its designers have not met the brief supplied by the customer. Refunds will not be approved if the Customer has requested a revision, or has deemed to have accepted the initial delivery by silence or acknowledgement or if LOGOLULU have carried out the request in accordance with the customer brief. The Customer must let us know within three days if you are not satisfied with the initial concepts. If you do not let us know within three days, or if you request a alterations, amendments or changes in images then the customer waives their right to any refund.

The customer will not be entitled to a refund:

If the Customer has already confirmed or approved the acceptance of a design. The Customers approval represents an acceptance of the final project and serves as an implicit statement of satisfaction.

If the Customer fails to communicate with LOGOLULU for more than three days. Any refunds will be at the discretion of LOGOLULU management.

If the company for whom the design was performed should close, change its name, or undergo other alterations rendering a design ill fitting, we cannot issue a refund.

Acceptance of such refund shall constitute the Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy with respect to such Basic concepts. Should the Customer receive such refund, Customer acknowledges that it will have no right (express or implied) to use any Basic concept or other work product, content, or media, nor any ownership interest in or to the same.

The Customer agrees to provide timely responses to LOGOLULU after receiving status notifications from LOGOLULU. The Customer shall have 3 days to respond to each set of designs sent to the Customer for review. If after 3 days the Customer has failed to respond, LOGOLULU will assume the Project complete and the Project shall be deemed to be complete. At such time, LOGOLULU shall and will have no further obligation to the Customer, and the Customer shall pay LOGOLULU all fees and expenses associated with work performed by LOGOLULU. In rare cases, if the customer feels that it may take him more than 3 days to respond then he/she is requested to inform ‘LOGOLULU’ accordingly, so that LOGOLULU keeps the project in active state.

LOGOLULU irrevocably reserve the right to use any drafts or finalised graphics created by LOGOLULU for promotional and portfolio purposes.
